I am playing a mini season of WSB2k1 on Dreamcast til new games come out....I can't believe how good the graphics are. Beat Randy Johnson with the Cardinals on all star, but lost to Kerry Wood, he was throwing some major heat too 100+....I'm having some fun with this game again.

If they just added manual fielding in that game(WSB2K1) Man that game would have been sweet

They ( World Series Baseball 2K1- Sega ) did indeed add this and other gameplay improvements in which they simply renamed HomeRun King and published it on the Gamecube....This game was one of the most underrated baseball games last year. It was a blast to play and didnt get enough deserved attention. I really enjoyed it. I think people misconstrewed it for being a MLB Slugfest/ Blitz type game which it was not....it played a very realistic game of baseball AND was very PLAYABLE, a very potent combination. They could have really improved on this title if it was marketed right and perhaps spread across more systems.
