In wsb will we be able to be fired and then change teams or quit and change teams if we like, or is it done the same way as all other sega games?

I know that in ASB you can control up to all 30 MLB teams in a franchise I don't really know about the other games though.

WSB doesn't have multiplayer franchise, but it is the most in-depth franchise mode game. ASB is the only game that you can control all the teams as far as I know.

in season mode you can control all the teams in WSB. I don't see why having this feature in the franchise mode makes any diference. I think people cling to this fact because it's the only thing WSB doesn't do. I don't play any of my family or friends in my season or franchise modes. They're not around enough to justify this feature for me. Besides I don't want to wait for them so I can beat their team up anyway.
