Which game do you guys think has the best managerial options?

It depends...ASB is the only game with manage-only.
High Heat is the only game with a full minors system (AAA,AA,A)
MVP is the only game where you (as manager) can be fired, and you have to reach goals.
WSB 2k3 has a pretty good franchise mode, and you can hire and fire coaches, as well as determine what skills you want them to work with players on.

OOTP5 will be awsome. Probably will occupy most of my playing time during the season.

ootp 4 took 3 hours of time every time I played it...I loved it. I've finally got DSL, so I can download patches and rosters and such. THIS WILL BE A GREAT GAME!!
