Bobby Cox has been ejected more times than anyone, ever.

    He finally did it.

Bottom of the 5th tonight, tossed for arguing balls and strikes.

He was stuck on 131 for a while, I was worried he might not get there.

I'm assuming the record was held by Earl Weaver right?

        Anyways congrats...I guess.

I think it was Durocher... or was it Connie Mack? I forget.

EDIT: Actually, it was neither. John McGraw.

So not even Lou Pinella is up there? He throws some great tantrums.

Haha I wonder if he considers this an achievement.

His argument was legitimate, though. Chipper had three bad calls on him today.

Some of the active ones besides Cox may be slightly out of date, the original list was compiled a couple months ago.

Congrats Bobby. You've earned every one of those ejections.

Congratulations to Bobby Cox, with that record he has now accomplished just about everything in his hall of fame career.

How much longer is he going to coach? Has he said anything?

He's signed through next year... don't think he's made any definite decision, but it's expected that that will be his last season.

Wow. I can't imagine how amazingly difficult it would be to be the next coach of the Braves. Talk about some shoes to fill...

If Terry Pendleton is still around (the Royals are interested in him) he'll most likely be the next MANAGER not coach. (sorry I'm a bit anal when it comes to designations like that)
