slider at 1: results are based nearly 100% on the gamer's skill and not on players' characteristics.
slider at 10: results are based nearly 100% on players' characteristics and not on the gamer's skill.
slider at 5: results are based on a combination of the gamer's skill and on players' characteristics.
if you have the slider at 1, a skilled gamer will be able to kick the cpu's *** most of the time with the devil rays. if this slider as at 10, this same gamer will not have much success because the devil rays suck, regardless of his skill with the joypad. -
