Can anyone explain the "pitcher control sim" category under the misc tuning menu?

I'm not 100% sure but it seems to be adjusting how similar your pitcher will pitch to his real world counter-part. For instance raising it all the way up makes Maddux pitch like the real maddux, he hits the corners, great control, etc. On the other hand completely lowering made even pitchers like Billy Koch have decent control. -

The higher the bar is, the harder it will be for you to "paint" pitches, the lower it is, the easier it will be for you to do the same.Vi Veri Universum Vivus Vici
