Does anybody know how this will work? Is it supposed to be exactly like HH 2004? Because if so I want to highly consider this game.

thatll kinda suck if its jus timing based cuz you have no control of hitting a fly ball or a grounder(for hits to left or right field swing early or late, depending on what side the player bats from)Comment

one thing that may work for you guys, you can make the cursor really big. To the point where you really don't have to move it to hit. But if you did want to hit it in the air or ground, you can just move the cursor slightly up or down.My Fan Page http://theusualgamer.net/MyFanPage_Heelfan71.aspx

The problem with that is that you will hit too many balls in the sweet spot, becausel the sweet spot is larger.

the 3d cursor basically is a 3D triangle shape that you can freely rotate to any angle on the screen prior to the pitch that simulates the contact angle of the bat to the pitched ball to give the user a feeling of more control of their swing....which can simulate uppercuts, fisting or poking the ball and chopping down as well. With a batting cursor system this robust, you should be able to replicate any type of batted ball that can be done in a real AT BAT......Kudos to Acclaim for this system. lets hope they tweaked it better for this year to have more pronounced ball physics when your tilting to extremes.
