they can do exactly what I said....thats ridiculous. Thanks for spending $50 on us...now, if you should run into this problem just walk someone or turn the foul ball slider up all the way. How bout 3DO fixthe problem and get a new copy out...its called taking care of your customers. All of them, not just the XBOX or Gamecube, but all of them. I don't buy for one minute that they didn't know about this...they knew about this before they sent the PS2 version out, thats obvious! Why else would they have time to fix it for the XBOX and Gamecube. They can easily fix it and before more and more shipments of PS2 come out...but hell no, they won't. Spend your money on 3DO...and just walk an extra batter. Whatever...very poor customer relations. I'll never buy a 3DO product again, and this one goes back tomorrow.

Woo-hoo!!! Great news that the bug has been fixed in the other versions. And if the list of what needs to happen for the bug to surface on the PS2 is legit, then it certainly is not a show-stopper bug even on the PS2. GREAT news, other than the fact that I am now going to get at least 3 baseball games (and if MVP pans out, four!) Oh well, gotta have a hobby!

I'm glad they isolated the bug but I still don't like the idea of having to worry about it while playing. I was very disappointed that they even suggested walking someone to fix the flag. HH has always been for the sim player. No sim player would ever wanna walk someone just to correct a game flaw. I hope they do the right thing and offer to swap discs for those who have bought it but I doubt they will. I have loved HH for a few years now but this year, not really just because of the bug though, I'm going to try some of the competition first.

Exactly....I can see it now....Lexus puts out a new car, "The new Lexus has a bug, everytime you come to a complete stop, you're car will continue to run but it won't accelerate. but don't worry, all you have to do isput in reverse and then back in drive and the problem is fixed, then you can accelerate." Yea, I bet that would go over real well....If 3DO had any nuts, they would remake the game on the PS2 and have new copies sent out and people with the bad disc could exchange them. I'm a first time 3DO user, and a last time 3DO user. What a disgrace!

They do recalls on cars, and sometimes they even inform the owners other times if they don't believe it effects your safety they don't tell you, like peeling paint on my 89 Chevy Corsica. I think 3DO made the call that it was not life threatening so I doubt you will see a new disk any time soon.

There is no way they should even be expected to do that. Given the very limited parameters in which the bug happens, and given the fact that have told everyone how to avoid it, combined with the fact that a recall would be financially devastating for them, I can't see how any reasonable person could honestly expect them to bite the bullet and recall the game. Personally I'd rather have them around so they can make HH2005 next season. They are already in tough financial shape and people want them to make a massive recall to fix a bug that can easily be avoided 100% of the time? If you hit a batter, temporarily move the foul ball slider up to 100%. That reportedly negates the bug every time. Period. So big deal. Those with the PS2 version should learn to avoid the bug and enjoy what is by most accounts an excellent baseball sim.
