I don't think you can, you'd have to have over 700 fictional players, wouldn't you? I know you can have a fantasy draft, not that I'd do that, but other than that, I think you're stuck!

I believe you could in previous PC versions, but from what I heard, not this year's because the PC version is the exact same as the console ones this year.

PC or PS2? All fictional players or just some. You can create players and add them in when you start a franchise in the PS2 version, I created me and I am currently tearing up AAA in the Cubs system.
