Have you been to these stadiums at night? The lights are intended to light the FIELD, not the fans. Some of the things people will complain about are laughable. Besides...WSB has batting helmets that look like they're made of polished mirrors, and ASB has jaggies as far as the eye can see.
Maybe you should try actually seeing the completed game in action before bitching and moaning about "dark outfields"

Okay, wasn't sure. That area of Bank One seems too dark, no question about it. I'm sure it's just a promotional screenshot with dramatic effect. Whether you think it's too dark or not, you have to admit, it is eye-catching.Comment

Oh lighten up. I don't think we were bitching about anything, just talking about it. I don't think anyone made up their mind on this game based on what we said. I personally really like the graphics in MVP. I do intend of seeing the completed game. I'm not a graphics whore, but i'm tempted to get MVP on it's graphics merit alone, unless it turns out to be an absolutely horrible game (which looks doubtful).Comment

Geez dude, its a forum, we're talking, stay out of it if you don't have anything good to add. I don't think we're bitching, I think we're discussing the game, and we all agree that they will probably adjust the lighting to some degree. And allow me to retort to your statement...no stadium puts fans in the dark....I've never had to goto a baseball game and sit in the dark...even the seats are lit up.Comment

Okay, my bad. I guess I lumped you in with the people complaining about the "turd bats" and the like.
Though nikeford, there have been posts containing pictures of kettles and pots and the color black that would be applicable to you calling me out for my post.“In my lifetime, we've gone from Eisenhower to George W. Bush. We've gone from John F. Kennedy to Al Gore. If this is evolution, I believe that in twelve years, we'll be voting for plants.” - Lewis BlackComment
