1. Get a new commissioner!

They can get whoever the want as commissioner, but that won't change the fact that the MLBPA runs baseball. Look at the problems in baseball that don't exist in other sports - it's because their player unions don't run them. The NFLPA is a powerful entity, but Roger Goodell runs the NFL. But why isn't there a salary cap in baseball? Because the PA doesn't want one. Why isn't there more stringent drug testing? Because the PA doesn't want any....etc etc.

ESPN Radio just said that someone at SI.com said Tejada is on the list. No link yet. They mentioned the SI reporter's name, but I forget what it was.

Hmmmm I think this guy may be on the Mitchell Report. He claims to have played baseball supposedly that hasnt been confirmed yet. But his 2nd profession all but confirms he used steroids.

Has been confirmed, for a bit now. I'm telling you, that WNBC list will probably be right. Tejada was also confirmed by M&MD, they have people there waiting for the names to drop and letting the viewers know right away.

The NFLPA is not a powerful entity, it's laughably weak for a union. The MLBPA is the complete opposite, it is monstrously powerful.

I was able to sneak downstairs and just saw on ESPN News that Pettite's name is on the list.

Wow....I didn't expect his name AT ALL.
