Re: Mitchell's report to reveal many names

I do have to laugh at ESPN constantly going with the Clemens/Pettitte connection.

When Pettitte allegedly took HGH, it was not illegal. Should be interesting to see what Selig does to these players, if anything.

If that happens I hope to God that congress actually does something. I'm still holding out hope that Selig will actually be a strong commish and take a stand later this afternoon.

History proves otherwise but we'll see.

I believe somebody mentioned in this thread that his name was mentioned 95 times...

No more snitching. I am disgusted by Canseco. He has done nothing, but reap the benefits of this steroid era and now he's going to snitch just to get more.

I really hope you know I was joking. Just because a player isn't named in this report, it doesn't mean he's clean. It just means this particular investigation turned up nothing on the guy. There's probably hundreds of other players who did juice and got lucky not to be mentioned in this report.

LOL. I just searched his name and wow. There must have been another section of players that I missed.

Well if that's true then Bonds must be the dirtiest of them all since he's in there almost 100 times.

Dude, there's no doubt. Believe me, this will blow up. Baseball will get dragged through the coals again, because they didn't.....step up to the plate. In the end they'll make it harder on themselves. It's so pathetic that it's funny.

At the back end of his career, the babe could have been on steroids and/or amphetamines. Before that, people used cocaine and caffeine as performance enhancers. Wouldn't suprise me to find out he did something, and that he wasn't alone.
