If we are to assume what WNBC has stated about their earlier list, then Albert is on the list.

By the way their list was much more intriguing.

Ah, I didn't hear that part...Well then Capital Hill will come calling now.

Is that list still available? Was A-Rod on it?

It's hard to be sweeping if you don't have subpoena power. I mean if Mitchell had hat power you'd bet your arse that he'd get a lot more people talking to him and the report would be 100x more damaging. It's bad enough as it is IMO.

Rob Parker just made a good point. The proof the Mitchell Report has is the checks the players used.

I'm sure there were others that WERE smarter and used cash...

Sadly my favorite player growing up was on the list... David Justice.

I'm just glad Chipper wasn't on the list. That would've been rough.

I wonder if this will effect the trade the Astro's made for Tejada.

I'm also glad that none of my favourites growing up weren't named. I'd cry a million tears if Joe Carter was named.

Sadly, I think there quite a few names that were not listed... that could possibly come out in the next couple of years.

Steroids have been banned by MLB since 1992. Pretty much everyone on the list qualifies.

That's probably why they traded him. They had sources that said that Tejada was in the report, therefore diminishing his trade value.

I think Bob Ley and Co. brought up a good point. In regards to Brian Roberts, in the report it says Bigbie told Mitchell Roberts had took steroids once or twice. But thats just heresay and allegations. People will just see Brian Roberts name in the report and automatically call him a steroid user. I think this report doesn't tell anybody too much about the players except for Clemens, Bonds, Petitte and the guys who wrote the checks.

One of Fay Vincent's last acts. I heard an interview with Vincent and he said that if he was allowed to continue as Commissioner he'd have put some teeth to that but sadly he was ousted shortly thereafter.
