I lost Thome for "weeks" due to a pulled hammy. I wish they were a little more specific in their length. Has anyone been able to calculate the approximate numbers of weeks and months?

I haven't had anything really serious, so I don't know about lengths. I do know that I had to bump down the slider a bit after losing three guys to DTD injuries in the first two games.

You can't...don't the injuries seem kind of random...I had a LF pull a hamstring after he caught a routine fly ball...

Mine seem pretty real. I had Biggio pull a bicep after a long throw from the hole and I had Gates SMith, the Braves pitcher in place of Maddox from AAA, get a sore back after a grounder back up through the box. Seems pretty good so far for me.

garrett, that's legitimate, but when people are out for 10 days with "sore arm", it just seems insufficiently vague. And if I remember right, don't they just stand there like normal? I haven't played the game since yesterday, so I don't remember. It'd be cool if they held their arm or something...
