    PITCHING???

I am having a little trouble with the pitching aspect of the game. How do u throw or guide the pitch that u want to throw. Like if u want to throw a fastball or any pitch for that matter to bottom outside corner. For me most of the time when i try to throw a pitch at a certain location it seems to be a ball. What should i do?? Should i hold the button longer or the directional pad longer or both?? Pls help thanks in advance.

Before you throw the pitch, hold the d-pad in the direction you want to throw it to, while holding it, release, and it should work.

I read on the Game FAQ's board that the longer you hold the button to pitch, the better the shot you have of it being a strike. However, this also increases your pitchers fatigue faster.

One thing I have noticed is wherever your stirkes are missing throw to an opposite location for example; If your pitcher is missing low - throw some higher strikes, missing outside - aim further inside.

This seems to work for me but there will always be a little wildness in pitching to make it more realistic and not like ASB where you can't throw a ball unless you purposely throw outside the strike zone.

You can always adjust the slider to help you.

I think it's hard to target two locations like low and outside, or high and inside. I think your best bet is to move your pitcher to different spots on the rubber to get the inside or outside pitch, and then use the d-pad to control high and low. Hope that makes sense.
