Help Needed - how to add additional players

I can't seem to figure out how to drop and then add a different player. For example, with the Mariners I'd like to drop Aaron Taylor and add Jamey Wright. Can someone explain how this is done? Thank you.

I think you need to first move the guy to the minors and that will get rid of a guy in the minors than you will have room on your major league roster for Wright, anyway you do it you have to replace someone.
