pause the game and go into the options. I think it is labled "pitch type" it is set to "normal" at default.

So is that all I have to do heel? If not do u know wut else and just to make sure this is on xbox right?

yes, that is all you have to do. xbox. after you change it , press "start" for the changes to stay.

Alright thanks I probably won't play again till tomorrow but will tell you then if it worked. Do you know what it does? (slow it down speed it up or what?)

It makes the pitches come in a little slower and makes it easier to hit than before.
