I have setup my user profile but however, I am unable to get it to load into my game before I play. I'm still having to change things before I start playing? Sorry is the question has already been asked. I did a search and didn't see one.

Had the same problem. When you are on the choose team screen and you can choose whether you want "Veteran" "All-Star" etc for the difficulty, keep cycling through the choices and your user name should come up as a setting. Hope I explained it well enough. -
