MVP or WSB? HELP!

I have been going back and forth on which to get for the last couple weeks. One day, its MVP then the next day its WSB.

WSB Pros:
-ESPN Presentation
-Cut Scenes are Great
-Maybe the best franchise
-Behind the pitcher cam

WSB Cons:
-No Player Scaling
-No Player ID's in the Field(Don't know who you're controlling)
-Announcing isn't the greatest
-Straight on hitting angle

MVP Pros:
-Great Graphics
-Player ID's in the Field
-Pitching Meter adds new dimension
-Camera Angles at bat aren't straight on and are at an angle, which adds more perspective
-Pretty good announcing

MVP Cons:
-Not the Greatest Presentation
-No real cut scenes
-No Pitcher Cam

Needless to say I like WSB cuz of the cut scenes and the ESPN layout, but I feel I MAY get bored with it. I may get bored becuz it is point and tap pitching. No player ID's in the field is a big deal to me, maybe not to ohters. No player scaling kinda sucks because you can't tell anyone from anyone

MVP is intriguing cuz of the new pitching meter, but it doesn't come near WSB in the presentation given.

So which way should I go? I am down to JUST these two games, so please don't reccomend any others. I've researched them all!

Maybe you should try and rent both of them and see which one you like better.

Where I live, they wont get games in to rent for weeks after and I want a baseball game when it comes out!

1) buy both of them, decide which one you like more and sell the other on ebay.

If you can't afford to spend that much money, then wait until your video store has them and rent them both. I know you don't want to wait that long, but if you don't have the money to buy both on release day, you may have to. You could also wait a couple days after they come out and read all the impressions here if you want to trust the opinion of others.

Personally, nobody can tell me what kind of game I will like. Impressions may influence me to try out a game I normally wouldn't have, but only you can decide what game is for you.

Do you want people here to tell you what to eat for dinner tonight, too?

I'm leaning towards MVP because I feel the pitching meters and stuff will keep my interest longer as opposed to just point and tap pitching like WSB.

Also it may sound stupid, but WSB not having the players name under them in the field is really stupid. MVP has it, how tough is it to not put that in for WSB too? I want to know who I'm controlling and who on theother team has the ball!

The only game I've ever had for PS2 was ASB 2003 and I HATED IT! The colors were dull and you could never hit one into the gap cuz the freakin fielder would always catch it. Needless to say it was a waste of my 50 bucks
