Couple questions about franchise

Are most of you GM'ing one team or all of them?
Did you create any players before you started your franchise, and if so what were they're attributes?

Its enough of an undertaking with one team presumably because I selected Complete instead of Simple. I played around with the create a player but havent started one with him yet. Im still wavering on which team I will settle with for the franchise I will spend the most time with. Im doing one now more or less out of curiosity--to explore this mode. Choices, choices... If you are asking to see if you can givee maximum across-the-board ratings you can unlike previous years.

I haven't started my franchise yet, but it will most certainly be with just one team.

I did what I usually do with any game that allows me to do this.....I create my own TEAM ( Expansion Team ) and draft my players from the available Free Agents.......and then once I have assembled a complete team of mediocre mlb players, I'll usually gointo Create A Player mode and create 2 or 3 players on a higher caliber and add them to my Expansion Team and see how they mesh with the team and see the impact they can make in helping make them competitive.
