how is the commentary in this game? is it serious? or humorous? or is it a mix of both? last years all star baseball commentary was so unenthusiastic that it made the game boring after a while. triple play 99's commentary is my favorite for a baseball games commentary.

It isnt very humorous, but when HR's and such happen, the announcer says things like:
Oh Baby, Its outta here! (he says it like he means it too, not like he's reading a script) -

Yeah, you'll like it. I really liked it last year. Too bad it's exactly the same as last year. It's still good though. You would have thought they might have updated that a touch but if it's good don't change it I guess.Comment

The commentary is one of the weak points of this game IMO. It lacks any excitement. Other than that, this game is a blast!

Did you ever wonder why the heck they use that Chuck guy as the side kick. Is he the freaking owner or something. He's been on there for years. With his "That was an easy play" or his always popular "He needs to get a hit to keep things going" I love Jim O'Brien, I just wished I could turn off Chuck.
