graphik, you said games take 45-60 minutes to complete this year. Are you playing on normal pace or fast pace? Also do you go up hacking at the plate or are you patient?

I didn't like this game much when I first bought it, but after a few days, I like it a lot.

I am 6-1 with my Astros Franchise. Except for my opening day score fest with the Rockies(11-10 about 45 combined hits), I have had some very realistic games. 3-2 vs. Cardinals, 4-2 vs. Reds, etc...

Miller has been on fire for his first two starts. 1.32 ERA, 12 K's in 15 innings.

Bagwell has 3 HR's, as does Berkman(thanks Denny Naegle!!), and Kent has 2.

My bullpen has a combined 1.22 ERA with Munro and Stone both have given up nothing in a combined 8 innings. Wagner has 4 saves.

My only dissappointment so far has been Kent's low average(.208) and Dotel & Oswalt.(Dotel has a 7 ERA and Oswalt at 1-1 has a ... 12.00 ERA. THe Rockies made him cry like a little girl)

I have had one game in the rain, one 4 error game(thanks Lugo!!! - I can forgive him since he has a .402 BA in the leadoff role so far!), and almost every game has been VERY competative.

My only MAJOR complaint. If I hear about Hidalgo getting shot in the arm ONE MORE TIME, I am going to go nuts!!!! Please let them think of ANYTHING else to say about him.

SO, after a few days with this game, I can't get enough of it.

I play on fast pace and I'm paitient at the plate. They eleminated the catcher throwing back to the pitcher. So the pitcher just fires away on you.
