where can i find contreas and matsui.
and if i have to create them, what ratings would i give them for each thing?

You have to create them (or wait until they're added, but who knows when/if that'll happen)

they will be added the update after the opening day rosters. acclaim must wait till matsui has had an official mlb at bat, and contreras has had an official IP. they will then be part of the mlbpa. same for reyes, he will be added the update after he records his first at bat.
