How can they be picked off waiver wire....And not show up under the player editor function? Or better yet I thought we had full control...GM all 30 teams NO?


I tried it with a variation that I was the GM of the indians only. In tihs situation I dropped the three players and they all dissappeared. That didn't seem right, so i checked the transaction history. It turns out that when I realeased them they went on the waiver wire and were instantly picked up off of waivers.

I had a player vanish in franchise mode. Saw Mario Valdez in the Oakland minors. Thought he should be on SD and made the trade. Valdez now needs to appear on a milk carton because I don't know where the heck he went.

Try going to the bottom of the list that happened to me once and for some reason he was there (unalphabatized only for him)

I did that using roster analysis button scrolling thru ML, HM, LM and Bard was gone

Figured out the glitch!

Apparently the FA Pool has a number limit.

So if you cut players to FA list, you have to make sure you have enough space or sign the FA's to the teams...

This way you could execute 1 for 1 trades or move players one at a time to their new team...tedious but a plausible workaround...

i created maysui and put him in for juan rivera. rivera went to the free agents as a pitcher. strange
