Why should I buy OTTP 5????

It is the most accurate, enjoyable, and immersive front office simulator on the market.

Games are played much like a "manage only" mode from other games, only you do not see the action, you read it in the play by play window at the bottom of the screen.

Even still, it produces fantastic results, is full of options (like the ability to set hitting, baserunning, etc tendencies for every single player on your team), and is just full of options out the yang.

Great community support, too.

If you like the GM aspects of baseball games, OOTP is the cream of the crop.

I bought it yesterday after playing APBA computer games for 15 years. You can download rosters for MLB teams that were created by the game's huge fanbase. They are online leagues, etc. I'm just playing LA's season right now and am 11 - 11. Very realistic stats. Great game.

This is bar none the game I Play the most. With infinite possibilites, I play it year round! there is a database online that lets you start a season from way back around 1900 to any season until now. Importing real rookies each season along the way. All the customizations on this game that is on the net is incredible. Real players do not come packed in the game, but you can download rosters, facepacks and much more online. you deal with all the financials, fan interest, can go in debt, watch star prospects develop. My favorite game.
I am just about to explore the online features in this game. you can form a league with other people and set your lineups on sim the results a few times a week. All the while making trades, drafting, bidding against others during free agency, dealing with the cap.

Hey everyone I love the game just as much as anyone, but every time I try to download the game it won't do the credit card thing right I would love for it to work but it just won't anyone know why? As said by everyone before the game is amazing and I believe every hardcore baseball stat junkie and every casual fan should pick it up. It is that good of a game.

You can also join numerous online leagues that use the game to simulate their seasons. I'm in 4 right now. I'm loving the new edition!!!
