I have really loved All Star baseball, but with all the talk about bugs I'm not that interested in the game much. So, I would like to know what are some of the big bugs, gliches, or errors?

Well there are several bugs in the game. Your options don't actually save. For example there is an option if you want a generated count. Well I set it to off and save it. But when I start a game it is back on and the first batter is sitting there with a 3-1 count or whatever and not one pitch has been thrown. So I have to go into the options again during the game and turn it back off. Also you can't tag runners out. They will just run right through the guy with the ball and be called safe. Also sometimes when you steal second base the catcher will throw the ball to second and the second baseman will just hold the ball and the runner will just go all the way around and score and it will not count the run and the game has to be reset because you can't do anything. Those are some of the bugs I have encountered and I know there are more.

I've played the game hundreds of times...I have had the generated pitch count pop up after I saved my settings, but if I set it to off and save, it stays off.
You can tag runners out. I have had missed tags before, but at least 90% of the time I tagged someone they were counted out.

-never seen this one happen, nor has anyone at Acclaim. I'm not saying it did not happen, but it must be extremely, extremely rare.

I had the AUTO field on. Second baseman threw the ball past the first baseman and it went to the dugout. No one went to get the ball and the batter scored an "inside the park homerun".

I traded for a guy on the Free Agent list and he disappeared. Looked everywheres for him. He's gone.

Everyone complains abot the bugs in the game but what game will not have a bug in it?

I agree no game will be without any bugs. As a Gamecube only owner I'm more then satisfied with All Star it's a deep game and for me a lot of fun.My choices are limited for a baseball game this year and highheat doesn't sound any better if not worse.(bug wise that is)

I don't see where they are complaints but rather letting others know about them. Also I frankly can't stand the "All games have bugs" crap. Yes all gemes have bugs, but do we have to like it? Are we to see bugs(especially ones that WE find in just a couple games) that should not have passed through QA, and not get a little ticked about them.
You post them in the hope that the developer will read about it and have it fixed in next edition.
So yes all games have bugs, but when I put down 50.00 I really don't feel like seeing the bugs within just a couple games played.
None of the bugs I have seen yet are game killers but I'm not going to ignore them, I will pass along what I've seen here (This is a forum to discuss these things) so that just maybe it will help get it fixed later.
