Anyone else using Easy Hitting on Allstar Level?

With pitching aid and strike zone both on? I'm really liking the results that I'm seeing. I just faced Pedro and, even with Easy Hitting, he was pretty much untouchable with that change. Didn't really start to put anything together until I got into the pen in the 8th, but it was too little, too late. Ended up with 11 hits, but also had 8 ks.

Anyone that still has trouble with the cursor, I'd suggest giving Easy Hitting on Allstar level a try..it might surprise you.

I use easy batting. The cursor hitting has me ready to chuck the controller out the window. I found that the key to success with easy batting is laying off pitches down in the strikezone.

I know the cursor is supposed to be revolutionary and for realism, but I love Easy mode. I can be more patient for good pitches and I get great results.

I do'nt know, I really enjoy this game ,but batting is so damn frustrating that I am about ready to take the game back.
Any suggestions? I've tried every level and every hitting option and with the exception of easy batting I am striking out a minimum of 12 times per game.
Yet, with easy batting I hit every ball that is pitched and to me that is very unrealistic also.
My team batiing average is .115, I do'nt know how much longer I can continue to play like this before I throw the controller through the TV!!

meatman, try turning it up to allstar level with the easy batting option. If you're still hitting every pitch that's thrown to you, then I don't have any suggestions. I find it pretty challenging on that level, especially against the better pitchers.
