I think I'm switching over to WSB this year. I bought ASB the past 2 years for the PS2 and I enjoyed it for a while, but I had issued with the gameplay. WSB hopefully takes its place. I love NHL2K3, and the franchise features in this game sound great. That's where my $ is going this year.

Any ideas of what the Red Sox future stadium looks like. Is it the same sardine can with seats on the Monster? Or do you think they came up with a new design?

As far as "I" know the new Fenway (if it's ever built) will be a larger replica of the current stadium with more seats somewhere around the range of 45,000 seats or so.

I bought ASB last year and though I played it a lot after time I found it to be very unrealistic. I didn't like pitch speeds for hitting and the fielding issues. You could hit unrealistic amounts of home runs and the games took too long which made it extremely boring. I never played WSB 2k2 last year simply because I was turned off by the first WSB with the automatic fielding. But from what I've read WSB 2k3 seems like the game to get this year. The graphics are really good. (except no player scaling) The franchise is the best out of all the games which is the main thing I will be playing in the game. Also being able to edit player ratings is a huge plus for me and one of things that turned me away from MVP Baseball along with automatic diving. There is still a slight chance I could get MVP but I'm gonna have to wait til the games out and I see some reviews on it from you guys and some gaming sites. So it's gonna WSB 2k3 for me this year. I hope I'm not dissapointed.

WSB being pushed back to 3/18 for PS2 is killing me, but if they are fixing bugs in the game that's fine with me.

I will be getting MVP. I wasn't a huge fan of WSB last year, i got bored with it after a couple of weeks. I dislike any particular thing about it, i just thought it was overall pretty boring. The one thing that i didn't care for too much was the frequency that stars were getting dealt. (Pedro, Maddux, Vlad. and The Unit were all dealt.) Vlad was traded 3 times.

MVP is going to be great this year. I watched the 200mb walkthrough of the game and it looks sweet..

Well I got by with ASB 2003 last year which is the most boring baseball game out of all the games so I think I can manage with WSB 2k3. Also from the reviews I've seen so far in magazines on MVP is that it's very unrealistic which will lead to the downfall of MVP just like NBA Live.
