Manage only mode (or lack of) is the reason I'm not getting High Heat this year. I've gotten HH 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003. This year, I'm going with All Star Baseball 2004 for my PS2. If HH 2004 was developed mainly for a console, at least I'll buy a console game with manage only mode in it. I played Manage only mode on All Star 2003 last year and liked it, so I know what kind of game I will be getting in All Star 2004, just with Rule V draft, salary arbitration, spring training games and standings, teams moving into future stadiums as the franchise progresses.
High Heat was my favorite baseball game with manage only mode the last 4 years. That will change this year. Hopefully 2005 will have manage only mode back in and I will probably get it for my PC if it is back in.
