BULL POOP!

Ok, i have played around 10 games or so of ASB for the x-box....I have hit one hr and one has been hit off of me. That was when i was using easy batting the very first game. I have yet to hit a triple also...but that doesnt bother me. But with the rangers i should be jacking some balls out and some should be going out against me too...really starting to piss me off .

Just going to take some work.

I'm batting .325 with a expansion team. But I have mostly contact hitters.

I will say once you get used to it...it's very easy to pour on the runs. The problem is one game the CPU says you will hit poorly even when you line up the icons then the next game you do the exact same thing and get 15 hits. Only one time against Pedro Martinez did I have to work to hit the ball. However one thing ASB does have the good pitchers have more velocity on their pitches. So a 95 MPH fastball by Martinnez comes in faster than a 95 MPH thrown by Neagle. It's strange...

All I can say is work on it. I've only had this game for what 5 days now and I'm hitting like a champ.

I understand that...but no homeruns except the first game i havbe played? No one has hit one off me either. I score runs ever now and then. I go in streaks. I usally get alot of doubles. Just the HR thing is bothering me. You would think with Jaun rafey and A-rod i would hit some out. But nope notyet. =/

i have hit plenty with the Rangers on easy batting on the veteran level. My record is 8-10, but Arod is second in the AL with hrs and Juan and Raffy both have 5. I have 3 triples total so far. Homers and triples will come, just be patient.

I haven't tried a season yet, just been trying to get enough exhibition games under my belt to feel comfortable and start a franchise.

So far I'm liking Veteran, Normal pitch, classic batting cursor. Im still striking out a good bit and like somebody posted yesterday, there seems to be a definite lack of ground balls.

Im one of my games last night, i hit back to back to back HR off El Duque with Sheffield, Chipper, Andruw Jones. Next pitch El Duque threw one at Robert Fick's head. Both players were ejected. This game gets better and better every time I play it.

im sure with easy batting i could hit some homers and probably hardly ever strike out...i use classic batting and i have yet to hit one. How come the computer has yet to hit one off me also.

I've hit a pretty decent amount of HRs using Zone batting and Exaggerated pitches, and this is with the Red Sox, who are not a power team. I'm at just over 1 HR per game, which is actually pretty accurate.

And i didn't really give up any HRs for the start of my season, UNTIL i got into Texas!
