I'm honestly not only enjoying how the game plays but also how it looks. Xbox with the monster cable brings out the games surprisingly good looks. I've played Madden and lots of NCAA and HH compares very well with those purely from a visual standpoint. Stadiums are rendered beautifully.

The stadiums do look great. I think the majority of the complaints are in the player models. They definitely aren't the best, but I actually 3expected much worse from what people were saying. If they were really bad it could take away from the game somewhat, but they are just fine in my opinion.

I went with WSB last year after my problems with ASB and I think that game looks really good.

So far though I am very happy with HH. The gameplay is great.

I rented ASB on Friday and after playing them back to back, I have to say that I actually prefer HH's graphics. I think a lot of that has to do with the player sizes being bigger, and the pitching interface seems so much better.

While it's true that the graphics, animations, and presentation still leave a lot to be desired(especially compared to WSB and MVP) High Heat triumphs in every other area. I love the non-cursor batting, the quick/responsive fielding, and all the features, options, customizable gameplay sliders. I'm really enjoying it.

I have both ASB and HH. ASB can't touch HH when it comes to gameplay, but ASB kills HH in the graphics department. If we could combine the gameplay of HH with the graphics of ASB it would be killer.
