    MVP baseball

I made my decision and chose this game, purely on features and eyecandy. I love the game impact thing awesome addition. the PIP baserunning love that, intervening on simulated games amazing, icon scouting during the game logical, goal oriented franchise mode insightful. I know its a 1st time out the gate for this game and probably will be buggy and the gameplay won't be up to snuff. I will blatanly turn a blind eye to those things that may detract from the game and compesate for it shortcomings. If you guys know this question please assist, I ordered my copy from eastore, because of free shipping with standard ground. Will I receive my game on the release date or will it ship on the release date?

It will ship on release date. If you got ground, you will get it probably 3 days after the ship date.

            I preordered it as well.

I love it that every team has 3 "rivals". For instance the Dodgers in the game have three rivals, Giants, Padres and Angels. That alone told me something. Why? Well, because any lazy programmers could have easily put the D'Backs or the Rockies as a Dodger rival but the truth is that they are not. By placing the Padres as a rival that shows me they knew what they were doing and did a little research. And these rivalry games have more of an effect on your momentum...

            I cant wait!

At the same time why would an American league team be considered an NL teams rival? Looks to me like they probably did it based on vicinity of the teams

Well if you think that the Dodgers and Angels arent rivals and you think that the Mets and Yankees arent rivals then you know NOTHING, NOT A THING about baseball...

Especially in this day and age with interleague play I just dont understand why you would say that..

I will give you the Mets and Yankees. They are from the same city and have a history from playing the World Series together. The Angles and Dodgers may be a big series but I do not see them as bitter rivals. Where is the history? Where is the bad blood?
