    That's a very interesting point, Goaty. I still think they can be evaluated as a whole, but I agree with your assessment that on-field gameplay and simulated statistics do represent varying degrees of "realism". I'd like both to be perfect, of course - but if I had to pick one thing to be "realistic", it would be the gameplay itself - in a manner very similar to the kind you described.

    I'll just stick with what I've been saying all along - try the game first. If you don't like it, fine.
    Be aware that other people probably will, though - and their opinion of it is every bit as valid as yours.

                man, that NBA inside drive is a great game, but i still like 2k3 a little bit better, i dont know why though,,

                but, i might get MVP, but i wont get WSB if i get MVP, im not sure any more.. .
