I just downloaded the roster update for the ps2....however, I didn't notice any significant changes, but I really haven't scoped out the other rosters, or the original roster...I just basically checked out my Rangers roster, and I didn't notice any differences, but I did download a roster. So there is one available.

I don't have a sharkport nor do I know what one is....and it looked like Reggie was still a free agent...it may be possible that the original rosters are only available...all I know is I selected roster download, and it said...10%....33%....45%...79%...finished...I looked at my roster, and I didn't see any changes in my team. Maybe there hasn't officially been a updated roster, so it just lets you download the original one??

Nikeford-That roster update is wrong however. I also downloaded it from the ingame menu, as the Cubs. The roster didn't have Sosa on the Cubs, instead it had Jeromy Burnitz. Sosa was on the Mets.

The Sharkport, now known as the X Port now, allows ps2 users to save stuff on their PC. It also allows you to download roster sets, game cheats, etc.

I don't know if I can do the regular roster download with the Xport.

The game says the roster update uses the network adapter not shark/xport. I'd imagine that someone would put out a shark/xport file though in the near future.
