    Level of Difficulty PS2

Alright guys, I've always been one to play everything on the most difficult level possible. I don't want to admit that there is anything too hard for me....however, all star level is killing me, I use the classic interface, and after 3 innings, Boston was beating me 8-0 with 10 hits, and I had none, and I had struck out 6 of the possible 9 times. Veteran level, I make much better contact, and the games are very competitive. They jacked 3 homeruns on me in the first 3 innings on all star level. I may have to play a few games on veteran before I try to move up to all star...I love this, because I wanted somethign that was difficult.
Secondly, I've heard alot of talk about how the game hasn't changed that much besides features....I'm sure former ASB players will agree with me, I think the game has changed more than it was given credit for...this years game is 10 times better than last years game. Now I know there are still some issues to be resolved...but, I think it's easier to field this year (which is a plus, I had such a hard time fielding groundballs because they were hit so fast I didn't have time last year), the baserunning AI is much better, I haven't gunned the cpu out at 3rd trying to stretch a double into a triple. If possible, the stadiums even look better than last year, the pitch breaks and stamina are so much better this year, the game isn't homerun happy like last year...the cpu throws a good blend on strikes and balls...this game has improved greatly from last years version. Great game!

I'm playing on All star too w/ classic cursor

I don't think it's too difficult but maybe it's just me. I have only played HH the past two seasons so I'm sort of starting from scratch.
Through spring training I was about .500 w/ the cubs w/ most games something like 8-4, 3-2, 5-3 and so on....Normal scores. Two games into the regular season I'm 0-2 losing to the mets to scores of 8-6 and 5-4(went into the 14th inning).....

But my first two games in spring training were ugly as I lost 10-2 and 9-0 so I got better I guess.
