    No-Icon in WSB 2K3

How does it compare to a FULL-TIME no-cursor hitting on HIGH HEAT 2004?

in WSB, its just timing, the analog stick does nothing....you have no control over your type of swing...

Except for power and contact... otherwise... that's it.

WSB is the only cursor hitting game that I like hitting on.

I have always hated curser hitting, but I ended up liking it in WSB last year. I have decided to rent both HH and WSB to decide which to buy. I have to find time to play the game I have so I can't justify having two baseball games.

I can live with a cursor (I've played prior WSB versions and enjoyed them), but if I can't regularly draw walks off of mediocre pitchers and if I don't end up giving up walks as well, then it just doesn't seem like baseball to me.

So if WSB has enough imprecision built into the pitching, and ties it well into real life accuracy attributes, then I think it could be a great game. Particularly if the CPU AI, mostly baserunning, is improved. This game looks fantastic and has tons of potential.

WSB 2K3 has sliders to control how many balls the CPU throws, and pitches the CPU takes.

I wander if I can strikeout using non-cursor.
