wHat if a game had the option to have the catcher make the calls for you on what pitches to pitch. Like what if there was a box that came up with what the catcher has suggested as the pitch and then the player could either accept it or shake it off(where the catcher would make another selection). Then if you shake off too many pitches the catcher would come out and talk to you.
This would provide a catcher "game calling" rating where you could pick a catcher who is good at calling the game and be able to take advantage of it in cluch moments when you don't know what pitch to select. You could maybe have the option of turning it off if you didn't want to have a long game which would happen. This would in my opinion, make the game more real from a pitching standpoint. I just think this would be a cool option to have in games.
