You might try turning your ps2 on its side. It seems that that solves a lot of disk read errors. -

Also putting tape on 4 sides on your label side will usually work. But remeber to take off the tape before you return it.http://flotn.blogspot.com

my bad what I meant to say was to put 4 pieces of tape around the circle on the label making a square shape about a inch away from the part that gets read by the PS2. I recently tried this with NBA STREET and it wrked fine, also I had my PS2 turned on its side.http://flotn.blogspot.com

I rented the game for the PS2 today and stuck it in and it wouldn't read, went back and got another one, and that wouldn't read. Pust ASB 2004 in and it works fine. I guess I will have to try on it's side or the tape trick...Comment
