Do the future stadiums( i.e. Fenway & Wrigley) appear as you go further on the franchise mode ? I hope so.

Yes - right around the time it is estimated they will move in real life.

Yes- They make the stadiums based on the pictures they have.

Ex: Like the padres having the Picture of the park of what it should look like and the dimensions.

You can view the stadiums in the stadium tour. Jeter explains all the quirks of the future ballpark and explains when they should be open.

The stadium tours are excellent! I was really suprised with how well they did the St. Louis skyline in the Cardinal's future ballpark.

Not to fond of them trying to pass the future stadiums on us again as expansion ones. That space could be used a lot better (c'mon Cleveland Municipal Stadium). Hopefully they won't keep the Vet and Qualcomm next year, though the Marlins and Expos maybe added. Also, I'd like if Jeter said exactly when the ballparks open in franchise. I like the return of Monument Park in play, but the Western Metal Supply Co. takes the cake as the coolest addition to the new stadiums.
