Innings in WSB ?

Can one play a shorter version of 9 innngs , or is it like ASB, where the entire game needs to played ?Ppersonally I don't have the time do play all 9, and used to play 6 in triple play back when. ASB was just too much, even when simming 2/3 of a series.

You can play 1,3,5,7,9 innings and you can save at every half inning.

Actually, it's any amount of innings from 1-9, and you can save at any time, but it saves the data from the beginning of that half-inning (any hits, outs, etc. from the current half inning are not saved).

thanks for the response on the amount of innings . this cements the deal for me as wsb appears to have the best gameplay and graphics in a baseball game this year(imo).saving time by playing 5 ,instead of 9 innings , is huge in my life and this will make the gaming experience far more enjoyable.

I used to play 7 to save time, but since we can save I'll go the full 9 now. Just incase my daughter wakes up for some reason at night when I'm playing I can just save the game.
