I would say Tampa Bay easily. A really bad team has to be bad in the front office as well. And to me letting Winn go was the capper...

^ Yeah I agree. They have the least talent of any team I've ever seen, in any sport. Their front office isnt exactly full of geniuses either.
Its sad that losing Wynn is the worst thing that could happen to a team, considering he wasnt exactly a star himself..
