    True player editor?

Am I reading correctly that you can actually edit existing players ala WSB and HH2004? If so, how detailed can you go? I've got a major dilemma here in that I'm getting MVP, no doubt about it for my XBox, but I'm torn between WSB and ASB. If I can edit players in ASB, that will go a long way for me!

Wow, even batting/pitching stances and player attributes, ratings, etc? If so, I better get a move-on to grab ASB today! That will put me over the edge.

And if you create a player, make him a sucky person so he can be young, then edit him into a star. My favorite of ASB.

that is false! Age is completely random! I made a guy who was a D- in every attribute, and he came out 34 years old!

I had a guy with A+ in every attribute, and he came out 21 years old!

The age generator is completely random!

                    Re: True player editor?

I couldn't help myself, so I ran out and bought ASB yesterday, man am I pleased! The editing is great, I've corrected a few of the Seattle batting stances to become a lot more accurate. I agree on the ages, though, I haven't overcome that either. I wonder if anyone will have figured out the missing players/fictional named minor leaguers? That'll probably turn up soon.

Anyway, I know this is rehasing, but this game based on first impressions is tremendous, and I know I'm just scratching the surface. The future stadiums, wow, just blow me away. That's a feature I've always wished for, and I know HH used to have them in the PS1 versions but they were, to be kind, ROUGH. Not these ASB stadiums! Future San Diego looks amazing. Great to play in future Philly and future Shea! I've got a lot of hours to log into this one to see everything I want.

I'll be getting MVP and MAYBE WSB, but I'm on the fence there. Anyway, thanks to this ASB forum thread, I took a well-advised plunge and I couldn't be happier. Happy baseball gaming all!

It just increases the possibility, but sometimes it does turn out false.
