Just rented this game and here are my thoughts.

First off the franchise is alright. I mean there isn't anything to get excitied about to me. The graphics are terrible. The only thing that looks decent are the stadiums. The first time i played this game was yesterday and i hit 8 homeruns. Three with the same person. And it kept going like that. Its like a homerun fest. The HR's come every innning. It is rather hard to hit the ball though with the pitches going soo fast. You have absoluetly no time to move the cursor to get to the ball. But i was able to hit that many homeruns because i kept the cursor in the middle and thats where they were pitching the ball. The scenerio mode is pretty good. But alot of them hafe to do with hitting in tough situations and that is hard since the ball comes so fast with no time to move the cursor. It takes wayy too long for me to play a game. It takes about 45 minutes to play a game. I would like it to take about 30 minutes. Those are my thoughts about the game as of right now. I see that my baseball decision has been narrowed down now. It is between MVP and WSB because i dont not like ASB or HH. Thanx for reading.

Although I respect your opinions, which you are entitled to, I was just wondering what level of difficulty you are playing on? I find it hard to believe you hit 8 homeruns in one game on the All Star difficulty. I've played both HH and ASB as i did last year, and I must say that HH has dropped a notch. I even liked HH 2003 last year over ASB 2003 but I'm not going to get into my reasons because each game has been out long enough to here each person's dislikes and likes over and over. I think I may have to purchase WSB because of all the great things I've heard about it. We have to keep in mind that each game is going to have its flaws and its up to the person playing that game to overlook them in deciding which game they like the most. As of right now I am able to overlook ASB's flaws and choose that as my favorite baseball game over HH.

What level you playing on? I played 3 or 4 game stretches where I haven't seen a home run.
