Well if thats what he means, then yes, again, probably best to read the ASB rulebook, its a great tool. But, 40 man rosters are for protecting players from the rule 5 draft who have (I think) more than 3 years of experience. Now I don't know if the game lets you bring the 40 man roster up in september, guess you would have simulate to find out. But that is the way its done in real life, but it doesn't mention that in the ASB rulebook.Comment
