Decent graphics, good animation,brilliant franchise mode, great presentation. The pit/bat interface is fast and arcadey but still retains some depth-that being said they say it is a bit simplistic. They say the fielding is a blast, but the computer decides when your player should dive or jump.You can step in the middle of a sim game to take over to protect a lead or mount a comeback. Overall they say it is very solid and much fun.

Did they say which one mostly resembles a sim? I noticed in the WSB thread OXM someone said it was too easy to hit homers in WSB. What did it say on this regard about MVP?

No problem Scope. Hard to say BlueDevil-The mag says that MVP can't match the depth and graphics of WSB, but if you like to play multiple seasons MVP is the one to go with. They are really praising the franchise mode.

MVP Review in OXM

For any of you that have the mag...could you possible scan the review page and upload ..or just copy the text..as far as the fielding goes..there are 3 different options...manual..assisted..and automatic...so shouldnt you be able to dive on your own on manual? there has to be a way to dive on your own
