Injury question, Please help!?!?

I am playing with the Angels and Tim Salmon has a stomach virus and it said he would be out for 2 days, so I didn't put him on the DL because he would be gone for 2 weeks. I played Eric Owens for him for 5 games just to be safe and put Salmon back in and after his first game it says he will now be out 9 days with a stomach virus so I put him on the DL this time. After the 15 days are over I take him off the DL and it still says he has the stomach virus. How do you make sure he is healed and wont be hurt after he plays his first game back. Both times I have exceeded his time off by a few days to be safe and it hasn't helped. Anyone know how to go about this?

I have personally never had this problem in my game. I really don't know what to tell you, except to change how much you are paying your medical and training staff.

john franco starts off the season on the 60 day dl. after a week he comes off and he continues to be tired what is the problem?

Instead of creating a new thread I'll just ask this here. I was playing last night as the braves,and chipper jones slid into 2nd base and was injured for 1month. His injury is listed as a "split" groin not a pulled groin. Is this an error or a real injury? God that must hurt!
