Not to beat a dead horse, but does anyone know whats up with this?

And also, does anyone use a Linksys router to hook their PS2 up to the net?

i use somehting that hooks into the ps2 and then gets wireless connection to modem.

Eclipse, thats exactly the one I have...did you have any problems getting it to work? I must be doing SOMETHING wrong.

I spent $30 for an X-Port (formerly known as the sharkport) for ps2.

Did I waste my money??

I haven't found anyone or anywhere that has asb rosters .

I use a Linksys router but I don't have ASB so I can't help you there.

Jason, thats OK if you don't have ASB...I just had a general question. When I hook my computer up to the router I can get connection, but my PS2 cant get connected through the router. But if plug my PS2 directly into the DSL modem it works, so I know its not a problem with the PS2 modem or anything. Did you have to do anything special when you hooked your PS2 to the router? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't guess there is anyway to plug the ol' phone line into the ps2 and get the downloads??

I live in the sticks. . . . DSL isn't coming anytime soon.
