    Releasing players?

Hey all, I have a dumb question... I just bought the game and cannot for the life of me figure out how to release a player straight up. I signed a guy to one of the open slots at the end of the roster and now i'm 1 guy heavy and I cant figure out how to straight out drop a guy. Can anyone give me a tip?

goto adjust rosters....move the yellow highlight up as far as it will go then right to I think its roster status....once there push square (ps2) and select from high, low, mlb, release.
