That would be cool to have both the roster updates show up on an OXM disc and on the website (for those who wanna do it by hand).

The lazy people will bear down and pay for the mag. The hard-working players have 2 choices as they can manually input the stats manually or if they like the magazine, they can get the magazine that comes with the roster update on the disc.

Now I've been emphasizing the roster updates showing up on OXM alot. I, in no way, am affiliated with Microsoft or SEGA. I'm just speculating as my gut feeling tells me it will show up on an OXM disc. Hope I'm right or I'll feel like an idiot

Well, I hate to be a pessimist, but I wouldn't hold your breath on the roster updates. Considering Sega's deplorably late and inaccurate rosters for NFL 2k3 and NBA 2k3, games where there is a delivery mechanism in place (Online), I don't expect to see them create a delivery path, then get roster updates up.

Manual will be the only way to do it.

I really don't care that much about roster updates. They're good to have but as fossen mentioned, Sega has been very late on the NBA and NFL ones (especially on X-Box) and by that time, I am in a franchise as well. Besides, I will want to tinker with my franchise team that it won't matter which rosters I use.
