The game just didn't do it for me. I picked it up a few weeks ago and played about two months intto a season, but it just didn't keep me entertained. Is the actual gameplay going to be any different this year?

same thing happened for me after a while it just got old, felt like ive done this before every game was like the same story, this years added alot of great features but gameplay wise not much seems to have changed, thats the only reason im iffy about buying this one -

I thought it was super boring. I was bored waiting for those damn loopy pitches to reach home plate. Thats not what baseball's about. Besides the fact, everyone says their stadiums are so realsistic, so that why safeco's wall only came up to the outfielder's chest...Comment

I also thought most of the stadiums were pretty bad too. The right field porch at Yankee Stadium stretches about 3 times as far towards center field as it does in real life.
As for the game being boring, I didn't find it boring as I did easy. The only reason I stopped playing it was cause I won every game on the hardest level 14-2. Yeah, bored me to tears. Both ASB2004 and HH2004 are superior games. This new WSB will need to have really tight gameplay to match High Heat. Oh sure it'll look better,. but will it be as fun to play? Hope so...Comment
